Joseph Schuemann

Joseph Schuemann has been involved in the Florida real estate market since graduating from the University of Florida in 1998. Upon graduating from college, Mr. Schuemann accepted a position with the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser as a commercial income analyst and land evaluator. After learning commercial real estate from a governmental valuation perspective, he then teamed up with Cohen Commercial Realty to further cultivate his real estate experience from a leasing associate’s perspective. It was through this valuable experience that he then earned his next position as a sales and leasing associate with Woolbright Development, Inc. His experiences there were critical in his understanding and development of how to best maximize the economic value of commercial properties by increasing occupancy and rental rates above current market conditions. Today, he serves as one of the Principals and Leasing Executive of BlueRock Real Estate Services, LLC. His extensive real estate experience includes site selection, property sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, property management and land sales and development.

Jonathan Schuemann

Jonathan Schuemann has also been involved in the Florida real estate market since graduating from college. After obtaining his degree from Stetson University in 2004, Mr. Schuemann has quickly gained an understanding of the commercial real estate industry by working with both developers and real estate investment trusts. His first position in the commercial real estate industry was with Woolbright Development, Inc. There he worked as a sales associate alongside his brother Joseph learning the “In and Outs” of leasing commercial real estate. After two years of leasing properties for Woolbright, Mr. Schuemann later went on to work at both Ramco-Gershenson, Inc. and Weingarten Realty Investors in their leasing departments. At Ramco-Gershenson, Inc, he served as a Retail Leasing Specialist responsible for leasing 17 shopping centers with approximately 3 million square feet of retail space. At Weingarten Realty Investors, he served as a Leasing Executive responsible for approximately 2.8 million square feet of retail space throughout the State of Florida. Currently, Mr. Schuemann serves as a Leasing Executive with BlueRock Real Estates Services, LLC. His extensive real estate experience includes property sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation and property management.

Marc Young

Marc Young has been in the Central Florida market for nearly 30 years and joined BlueRock Real Estate Services, LLC in 2009 as a Senior Agent working with private investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial property. Mr. Young brings a wealth of knowledge to BlueRock in the areas of business development, marketing and critical analysis. These skills enable him to properly analyze and position commercial assets in the market for prompt disposition as well as to identify and evaluate top performing commercial properties that would be excellent acquisitions for his investor clients. In addition, he also brings to our team a solid set of business relationships with real estate developers, businesses and investors who build and sell projects. At BlueRock Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Young is directly involved in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, investment analysis, management and client consulting services. Prior to joining BlueRock, Mr. Young enjoyed a long and successful career in the computer software industry.

Heather Kelly

Heather Kelly graduated from Florida State University majoring in both Real Estate and Marketing. While attending college Heather obtained her Florida Real Estate license and assisted home buyers and sellers at Shoaf Realty in Tallahassee. There she gained considerable experience marketing and selling real estate. At BlueRock Real Estate Services, LCC, Ms. Kelly is involved in leasing and sales of commercial property.

Billy Rodriguez

Billy Rodriguez graduated from University of Central Florida majoring in Real Estate. Prior to joining BlueRock Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Rodriguez worked for the Real Property Specialists where he focused on new business development and third party leasing. At BlueRock Real Estate Services, LLC, Mr. Rodriguez is directly involved in tenant representation, property leasing and sales. A native of Central Florida and a graduate of Winter Park High School and then University of Central Florida, Billy is wired into the local real estate community.

Theodore Schuemann

Theodore Schuemann is licensed in the State of Florida as both a Real Estate Broker and a Certified Public Accountant. After working many years in the world of public accounting at two national public accounting firms, he founded Schuemann & Company, LLC, an accounting firm that provides tax and accounting advisory services for businesses and individuals. His unique accounting background includes experience working with both public and privately held businesses, and audit and tax. In addition to his extensive background in public accounting, his experiences in the real estate industry include property sales, investment analysis as well as property and financial management. At BlueRock Real Estate Services, LLC, he serves as the company’s Qualifying Broker and is responsible for the overall financial management and planning of the company, including but not limited to its financial reporting as well as long-range strategic planning.
